Message	you are overly dramatizing the results. I have driven cars w. OEM HIDs and I have driven my Z and 240sx w. retrofit kits INTO stock projectors in both cases. Yes the cutoff @ the top of the field is less crisp but the over all illumination is much better then stock halogens in either case.
